Stores send promotions from their own marketing tools, under their own terms. Alcohol promotions may go only to people of legal drinking age.

When you agree to texts or calls we record the time, the number and the words you agreed to. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything. Consent to a store's messages covers only the messages described above.

When messages are sent

Recording and AI

Calls may be recorded and transcribed so the store can follow up and the assistant can improve. You are told at the start of the call. An AI assistant identifies itself as one; ask for a person at any time and we will arrange it with the store.

Privacy

Mobile information and text message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the providers that deliver messages and calls. Our Privacy Policy explains the rest.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include the major US carriers.
